"Pretty simple and stress-free"
I found the website really easy to use, which made the whole experience feel a lot less stressful. I didn’t have to hunt around for what I needed, and the pages loaded quickly for me. The menus were clear, and checkout was simple, which I always appreciate because I get annoyed when sites make that part harder than it needs to be. Nothing felt confusing or overly complicated, so overall it was a smooth and easy site to order from.

"Lots of cute stuff, surprisingly"
I’ll be honest, I usually tune out when a site starts using all that polished “curated selection” kind of language, but they actually did have a ton of cute stuff to look through. Way more options than I expected, and I ended up browsing for longer than I planned.

"Solid Value and Good Quality"
I ordered a few items from Charleston Wrap for a fundraiser, and overall I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, and a couple of things were actually cheaper than I expected. The quality was also better than some similar products I’ve purchased elsewhere, which was a nice bonus. Shipping went smoothly enough, so no complaints there. All in all, it felt like a good value for the money, and I’d definitely consider ordering from them again.

I ordered from Charleston Wrap kind of expecting to be stressed about the timing, because I placed the order a little later than I should have. But it showed up so much faster than I thought it would, and getting the tracking right away made me feel a lot better about it.
The box arrived in good shape too, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to deal with anything being damaged or delayed. Since it came through so smoothly when I was already cutting it close, I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Fast help when I needed it"
Customer service got back to me really quickly and actually fixed my issue without giving me the runaround. Like I said, it was fast, simple, and no hassle at all

Getting the fundraiser set up wasn’t too hard, but a few parts weren’t super clear. I had to poke around a bit to figure out where everything was. It all worked out in the end, but it wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped...

"Solid fundraiser for our school"
We used Charleston Wrap for our school fundraiser this year, it went a little better than I thought it would. The profit ended up being good, especially compared to a few other fundraisers we’ve tried in the past.
Keeping track of orders was simple enough, and families seemed to like having options like gift wrap and snacks. We raised a nice amount without feeling like we had to constantly follow up with everyone. I’d probably use them again.

"Honestly, it just felt right"
I ordered some gift wrap rolls and a few snacks for my kid’s school fundraiser, and everything showed up just the way I expected. Nothing was missing, nothing random was swapped in, and the colors were close to what I saw online. I don’t know, it just made me feel really good when the box came and it was all correct. Simple thing, but it mattered.

"Really cute personalized gift wrap, just wish I’d ordered sooner"
I loved how easy it was to add the kids’ names and choose the designs. It made the gifts feel a lot more personal, and the kids thought the wrap was adorable. the only issue was my own bad timing because I ordered later than I should have, so I was a little stressed waiting for it. But the gift wrap itself was really cute and worth it.

I know it’s just packaging, but the box came in great shape. No dents, no weird crushed corners, and it looked clean when it arrived. I’ve had packages show up looking like they took a little adventure before getting to me, so this was a nice change...

"Really cute wrap designs"
I really liked most of the gift wrap designs, there were so many fun options to choose from. A couple were a little too busy for my taste, but that might just be me being picky because I’m terrible at matching wrapping paper with ribbons. Overall, the quality was really nice and I’d definitely use it again
